Logistics Manager

Our adventures involve some interesting logistics. We conduct daily raft trips, courses, events, and shuttles for our guests.  Endless Adventure is looking for a driver with a minimum class 4 drivers license for commercial use. Looking for a team player who will transport paddling equipment, host guests and have timing as a priority. Their duties would be to work closely with the reservations staff and river team in the daily operation. Among shuttling guests and gear, we are looking for a dynamic individual with attention to detail. Responsible for regular vehicle safety inspections and ensuring the team has everything they need prior to departure. Time management is key, to ensure fluidity and uninterrupted scheduled experiences. When you are not driving you will be required to support the Reservations team with preparing rentals and trips. You will also help with cleaning up and shut down most days. Inventory, repairs and maintenance will also be an important part of this position.

Start date June 7, 21 – Sept 6th, 21
Hours full time: 30-40 hrs a week.

$20 per hour
Class 4 drivers license. (WorkBC could provide the training)

Reservations Manager

The winning individual will have good organizational abilities, can work within a deadline and has above average computer skills. This position is the point of contact for the guest, the river staff and the logistic manager. Responsibilities include answering the phone, wavering and charging guests on arrival. Answering emails, booking reservations in the calendar and sending confirmation emails. This position is to prepare guests for their tour, course or rental. Time management is an important part of this position. You are responsible for leading by example of the cleaning protocols. Looking for an employee that is interested in the area and can write 2-3 blogs per season and 2-3 social media posts a week.

Hours full time: 30-40 hrs a week.

$16 per hour

Courier Driver – Year Round

Looking for someone that is organized, strives to be efficient and has a clean drivers abstract.
Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast paced environment. Responsible for parcel sorting at the Castlegar wearhouse and delivering to Nelson and Area. Duties include daily vehicle inspections, recording and scanning of parcels. Customer service skills are essential. Daily expectations are to communicate with dispatch and other drivers. End of the day responsibility includes drop off non delivered parcels, submitting new packages to be shipped and documentation.

Courier – Year Round:
Start date: March 1st, 21
Hours full time: 30-40 hrs a week.

$18 per hour
Class 5 drivers license.


Kayak Instructor

An Endless Adventure Kayak Instructor is a highly trained and certified instructor who is an effective communicator and displays exceptional leadership skills both on and off the water. Required certifications include: SRT level 1 and 2, Wilderness First Responder (72 hour first aid course), CPR, Canoe Kayak Canada Instructor 2 Leader 2, Valid bus license. A minimum of 2 years experience instructing in class II-III whitewater is preferred.  Note:  CKC is offering two L2/I2 courses in British Columbia – May 2021 Chilliwack. More info to come.

Candidates with interest in the position meeting all other requirements have the opportunity to become a certified kayak instructor in the above course.

Whitewater Rafting Guide/ Kayak Guide

An Endless Adventure whitewater rafting guide is a highly trained and certified wilderness leader who guides a raft of guests down a river in a responsible, professional, secure and fun manner. Required certifications include: SRT Level 1, Wilderness First Responder (72 hour first aid course), CPR and CRC license. A minimum of 2 years whitewater experience on class III-IV whitewater is preferred.
