Reservations Manager

Requires a winning individual with good organizational abilities, ability to work within a deadline and above-average computer skills. This position is also the point of contact for the guest, the river staff and the equipment supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, booking guests into tours, rentals, and courses, waiver distribution, and payment processing. Managing communication through email, phone, and social media messaging.  Responsible for the management of the booking reservation system from initial guest contact to follow-up procedures. 

The main goals of this position are guest satisfaction, management of staff, and accuracy of booking systems and daily operations. 

Time management is an important part of this position. The manager is responsible for leading by example concerning customer service, cleaning protocols and ensuring company standards. 

Seasonal:
Start date April 11th 2024 – Sept 15th, 2024
Hours full time: 30-40 hrs a week.

Higher wages are available for certain skills.  For example; Class 4 or higher professional driver’s license, first aid training, management experience

River Kayak Instructor

An Endless Adventure Kayak Instructor is a highly trained and certified instructor who is an effective communicator and displays exceptional leadership skills both on and off the water. Required certifications include SRT levels 1 and 2, Wilderness First Responder (72-hour first aid course), CPR, Canoe Kayak Canada Instructor 2 Leader 2, and a valid bus license. A minimum of 2 years experience instructing in class II-III whitewater is preferred.

Class 4 or higher professional driver’s license preferred

Candidates with interest in the position meeting all other requirements have the opportunity to become a certified kayak instructor in the above course.

Start date May 12, 2024 – August 31st, 2024

$150-$220 Daily salary depending on experience


Whitewater Rafting Guide/ Kayak Guide

An Endless Adventure whitewater rafting guide is a highly trained and certified wilderness leader who guides a raft of guests down a river in a responsible, professional, secure and fun manner. Required certifications include SRT Level 1, Wilderness First Responder (72-hour first aid course), CPR and CRC license. A minimum of 2 years of whitewater experience on class III-IV whitewater is preferred.

Class 4 or higher professional driver’s license MANDATORY

Start date May 12, 2024 – August 31st, 2024

Salary dependant on experience and availability
