Meet in Robson boat launch, across from the Lions Head Pub. Learn basic strokes, work on technique and strengthen your core while having fun.
Practice intro to paddle boarding skills so you can control and maneuver your board on moving water. Improve your paddling while we paddle up stream and perform yoga inspired stretching it out as we float back. Using the S.U.P for fitness allows you to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and gives you a full body low impact workout.
*Suitable for ages 12 and up
$20 per person with gear
$15 per person using own equipment.
