Tuesday Evenings:

  • 5:30pm-6:30pm starting June 20th and

7:00pm-8:00pm starting July 4 – August 23rd

  • Thursday Mornings:

6:30am-7:30am starting July 7th – Aug 25th

Join us for this amazing fusion of Stand Up Paddle boarding and Fitness. This hour long class focuses on improving your stand up board technique as well as offers you the most complete work out all around. Using the S.U.P for fitness allows you to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and gives you a full body low impact workout.

DROP IN rate. Must CALL ahead, before 4pm for the evening of.
Please meet at 5:15pm for gear rental.

  • $20 with SUP and paddle rental
  • $15 with your own board and paddle.

6 week punch pass:
$60 with your own board and paddle.

This Fitness class is aimed towards those that love being on the water and are looking for a class that guarantees visible results.
