Join us for this amazing fusion of Stand Up Paddle boarding and Fitness. This hour long class focuses on improving your stand up board technique as well as offers you the most complete work out all around. Using the S.U.P for fitness allows you to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and gives you a full body low impact workout.
